No additional action on your part is required to display this column. In case the column is not visible, make sure it is selected in Columns:

If Multiple Checklists for Jira - Progress does not appear in Columns, go to Cog Menu → Issues → Custom Fields:

While being on the Custom Fields page, please check if the ‘Multiple Checklists for Jira - Progress’ custom field is available on the list.

In case it’s on the list, please make sure that the ‘Available contexts’ option is set up to ‘Global (all projects)’.
In case it’s not on the list, please add this custom field manually ('Multiple Checklists for Jira - Progress') and make it available for all issues. The type of this field is textfield and textsearcher.
