Good news! Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports team has released a new version of our app. You can upgrade anytime by clicking Update in the Apps management screen on your instance. If you’ve been using Worklogs v7.0.0 or higher, you don’t need to do anything. Your app will update automatically within hours, ready to use. New features:

Logging time for other users: It’s now possible to log time for other users. Permissions to do so can be added in the admin page: Permissions → General Permissions tab → Logging time for other users section. After selecting users or groups, a new option to choose a user to log time will be visible in the Log Time modal in the Worklogs app and Work Item (if you use our Time Tracking Provider). Learn more about it in our documentation.

Fixed a bug that broke JQL requests when special characters were added.
