Good news! Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports team have just released a new version, and since you use Jira Server you can decide to upgrade at any time! All that is needed is a click of a button in the Apps management screen on your instance!
Improvements:

Improved the design of popup that shows detail about worked time.

Added loading icon in gadget sprint select when the sprints are still being loaded.

Improved the behavior of log time modal. The remaining estimate will be changed immediately after providing the correct “worked time” value.

After deselecting sprint in a gadget the time range will automatically change to default one instead of remaining “This sprint“.

Fixed a problem when for some custom fields the settings were not shown correctly in the gadget.
