Good news! Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports team has just released a new version, and since you use Jira Server you can decide to upgrade at any time! All that is needed is a click of a button in the Apps management screen on your instance!

Fixed a critical bug that caused the app to generate a raport with missing worklogs if the
jira.search.views.default.maxinstance property was set to a value other than the default 600. -
Fixed a bug that caused wrong sorting of users in the 'User or Group' field after removing preselected user.
